Pipe Mate - Half Pipe Leak Repair Sleeve

Romacon Petro Pipe Mate half sleeves are used to repair non leaking damaged areas on pipelines. Circumferential and longitudinal welds can be performed while the pipeline remains in operation. The half sleeves are manufactured on request, based on the clients requirements regarding material thickness and length.

Product Specification:

  • Body material: ASTM A516 Gr. 70 / API 5L
  • Longitudinal sides are bevelled to enable welding
  • Steel back strips are added to avoid longitudinal weld exposure to the pipe wall
